We designed three custom typefaces for the exhibition and signage of the renovated building Natalija’s House. in Štanjel. The house is part of the famous Ferrari Villa designed by architect Maks Fabiani. Maks Fabiani was an important Slovenian architect of the Vienna Secession era who influenced Central European urban design with innovative planning and attention to public space. He also worked on the reconstruction and layout of Štanjel, where his designs helped shape the village’s terrace system and the famous Ferrari Villa and Garden.
Typefaces are designed based on his letter form sketches. Each typefaces include various variations of the characters.
